REFUND POLICY – ELARIOM

At Elariom, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original packaging and unused (except for defective items).

  • Returns due to “change of mind” are accepted within reason.


2. Return Shipping

  • Elariom covers return shipping costs in most cases.

  • If the return volume or frequency exceeds reasonable limits, a partial return fee may apply.

  • If the issue is caused by our error (wrong or damaged item), you will not pay any return costs.


3. Process

To initiate a return, contact us at support@elariom.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable).

  • Reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and confirmation once approved.


4. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
